These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover consulting work. Any engagement with Gnomai Advisory LLC is governed by the written agreement signed for that engagement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

What this site is
It is a description of a consulting practice. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your situation. Reading it does not create a client relationship. That starts when there is a signed agreement.
Nothing here is professional advice
The site discusses AI, automation, and business operations in general terms. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from someone engaged to look at your specific circumstances.
This matters more than usual here: Kyle Oliver spent fifteen years in equity research and portfolio management. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Booking a call
Booking a discovery call reserves time for a conversation. It does not create an engagement, an obligation on either side, or any commitment to take on work. Either of us can cancel or reschedule.

Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to do something unlawful.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, logo, and wordmark on this site belong to Gnomai Advisory LLC. Third-party logos shown in the certifications section are the property of their respective owners and appear to identify credentials held, not to imply those organisations endorse or sponsor this practice.
On client work, the position is the one stated throughout the site: you own what gets built for you. The specifics live in the engagement agreement.

This site links to services operated by other people, including the booking tool. We are not responsible for what happens on those sites, and their terms apply once you are there.
