Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 16 September 2026
Gnomai Advisory wants this site to work for as many people as possible. The aim is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This page says what has been done, what has not, and how to tell us when something is broken.
What has been done
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a heading structure that follows the content
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on the page
- Visible focus rings on every interactive element, using focus-visible so they appear for keyboard users without following mouse clicks around
- Alternative text on images that carry meaning, and empty alt attributes on purely decorative marks so screen readers skip them
- Motion that respects the reduced-motion setting. If your system asks for reduced motion, the scroll effects, the animated cursor, and the parallax on the certifications panel all switch off
- A custom cursor that only appears for precise pointing devices, and never replaces or interferes with keyboard navigation
Known limitations
These are the things we know are imperfect. Listing them is more useful than claiming they do not exist.
- Colour contrast was tested with automated tools in September 2026, and the two failures found were fixed. It has not yet been independently audited.
- The booking widget is someone else’s. Booking runs through Cal.com, and its accessibility is theirs to control, not ours. If it gives you trouble, email or call instead and we will book the time manually.
- No formal audit has been carried out. Nothing here has been reviewed by an accessibility specialist or tested with assistive technology by someone who uses it daily. The checks above were made by the site’s builder, which is a weaker form of evidence.
- The certifications panel moves as you scroll. It is decorative and carries no information you would lose by disabling motion.
If something does not work
Tell us and we will fix it. Email kyle@gnomaiadvisory.com or call 850-766-2191. It helps to know what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what you use to browse, but write anyway even if you would rather not go into detail.
If you need something on this site in another format, ask. That is not a special accommodation, it is part of the job.
How this statement was prepared
Prepared on 16 September 2026 by reviewing the site’s own source code rather than by running a scanner over it. It has not been reviewed externally, and no third-party audit is currently planned. That is stated plainly here so that nobody relies on an assurance that was never given.
