Privacy Policy

This site belongs to Gnomai Advisory LLC, an independent AI consulting practice run by Kyle Oliver. This page explains what happens to information when you visit it. It is deliberately short, because the site does very little.

The short version

There is no analytics on this site. No tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no session recording, and no cookies set by us. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell to anyone else.

What is collected automatically

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard server request information, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps. This happens for every website you visit and is used to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may also set security-related cookies of its own.

Fonts are served from this site’s own domain. They are downloaded when the site is built rather than fetched from Google while you browse, so visiting this page does not send a request to Google.

Booking a call

Booking runs through Cal.com. Their booking widget loads on any page with a booking button, which means Cal.com receives a request from your browser whether or not you book anything. Cal.com may also set a cookie of its own (its security service uses one to block bots), even if you don't book. If you do book, the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and whatever you write in the notes, goes to Cal.com and to the calendar and video-meeting services connected to it.

Those services handle that information under their own privacy policies, not this one. If you would rather not involve them, email or call instead.

Sending us a message

The contact form built into this site asks for your name, email address and problem or question. Those three fields are required. You can also tell us what you have already tried.

Submitting the contact form sends these details to this site’s contact handler. It passes the message through Resend, an email delivery service, to our contact inbox. The contact handler does not write your message to a site database. Email and related delivery records are handled by the email services we use. No third-party form widget is embedded in this contact form.

If you email or call instead, that reaches the same place. Either way we keep what you send for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the work, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Client information

Consulting work often means handling information that belongs to a client and their customers. That is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page. As a rule: client material is not used to train any model, is not shared with anyone outside the engagement, and is returned or destroyed on request.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email kyle@gnomaiadvisory.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or a state privacy statute, and we will honour those regardless of whether this practice is large enough to be bound by them.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this page changes, the review date at the top changes with it.
